2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are subject to our discretion depending on the preparation status of your order. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

4. Limitation of Liability

AB Wings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, crawl, or automate interaction with our platform without written consent; post or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others; or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating region. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
